On June 18, we got together as a team to celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival through a zongzi-making activity. It was a simple but meaningful way for everyone to take a break from work, slow down, and enjoy some hands-on fun together.
Around the table, colleagues folded bamboo leaves, filled them with sticky rice, and tied each zongzi step by step. Some of us had done it before, others were trying for the first time—but everyone joined in, helped each other, and figured it out together. The room was full of conversation, laughter, and a relaxed, friendly energy.

What made the activity special wasn’t just the tradition itself, but the way everyone naturally worked together. Small moments like passing ingredients, sharing tips, or fixing a loose wrap turned into real teamwork.

By the end, we didn’t just have a table full of zongzi—we had a shared memory of doing something simple, together.
We wrapped up the activity in a warm and positive mood, and it was a good reminder that teamwork often grows in these everyday moments.
